Saatchi's Best of Summer 2026
I am honored to have been selected as one of 25 artists to have artwork featured in Saatchi's summer ad campaign, including a print mailer going out to 50k+ US households. Also, I have a four pieces featured on their website for Best of Summer 2026 and Best of Abstracts.

Artist Statement
My work is inspired by the softness of coastal California — ocean air, faded beach light, quiet mornings, surf culture, and the feeling of endless summer.
Through layered tonal palettes and atmospheric abstraction, I create paintings designed to bring calm, warmth, and openness into modern interiors.
Themes in my art are based on my home in Southern California and my travels to Hawaii—where my partner’s family are from so it’s like my home away from home. I use colors, patterns, motifs, and shapes to reflect the essence of these places I love.
Artist Bio
Kristen is an award-winning and published full-time artist in Southern California. She graduated from art school at Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Art, that focused on painting, book arts, and printmaking. Kristen lives in Poway, CA where she works out of her home studio.
Her work is currently represented through Janssen Artspace in Palm Springs CA, Libby Silvia Artstyle in Boston MA, Liza Pruitt in Richmond VA, Sandstone Gallery in Laguna Beach CA, and Sorelle Gallery in Westport CT, who has listed her work on 1st Dibs.
